Designated Doctor examinations may address matters assigned by DWC, including:
- Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI)
- Whether disability is a direct result of the work-related injury
- Impairment Rating (IR)
- Ability to return to work
- Extent of the compensable injury
- Other injury-related questions assigned by the Division of Workers' Compensation
